How do you know no one is buying Roxy to shoot? Roxies are fine for shooting but the bang for the buck is lower than the Dilaudid and Opana. It's like this you may only get 1 shot out of a Roxy, 2 out of a Dilaudid and 4-5 out of an Opana. Some can even get 4 of 1 Dilaudid and some can get 6 out of an Opana. Tolerance dependent.
